LARRY GATLIN’s life these days is all about harmony…
After years of discordant notes that often marked very public personal and professional ups and downs, both individually and as a part of the famed Gatlin Brothers Band, Larry Gatlin circa 2001, is a satisfied man. Satisfied with his impressive career accomplishments as singer, songwriter, author and actor. Along the way, too, there has to be a sense of satisfaction he has also survived to come back into the sunlight as a devoted husband, father, brother and re-dedicated Christian.
“Man, in many ways my whole life these days is a re-birth,” Gatlin noted in a recent interview.
Larry Gatlin’s talent has brought him many rewards on that journey: international fame, a stint on Broadway, two films, a critically acclaimed “pull no punches autobiography,” an impressive string of #1 records for the Gatlin Brothers and a room full of major industry awards glittering on sunwashed walls back home in Texas.
